The bc ring is a brand new 61 mile (100km), long distance footpath around the historic market town of Bishop’s Castle, Shropshire. Bishop’s Castle is in the heart of a beautiful walking area of the Shropshire Hills, bordering an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, between Ludlow and Shrewsbury.
We look forward to welcoming you to an area that holds a special magic and brings people back time and time again
The walk is divided into five sections of around twelve miles each, so there is no need to carry a heavy rucksack. You can stay in Bishop’s Castle area and be dropped off at your starting point and collected from your finishing point each day
